Why homeowners replace

A new roof is the one upgrade that protects everything under it.

Home with a gray tile roof under a clear sky

Built for Florida weather

The right materials and installation help your roof stand up to high wind, heavy rain, and the kind of storms South Florida sees every season.

Possible insurance savings

Florida wind-mitigation inspections credit certain roof features. We’ll explain what documentation you’ll want after installation.

A cooler house, lower bills

Reflective roofing sends more of the sun’s heat back out instead of into your attic, so your AC doesn’t work as hard.

Fewer insurance headaches

Florida insurers look closely at roof age and condition. A new roof can make renewals and coverage options a lot simpler.

Questions

Before you book

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Our goal is to work with as many government and county-level programs as we can to help homeowners pay for their project. Your consultant will walk you through the options that may fit your home and budget at your free consultation. Program availability and eligibility vary.

Is the roof estimate really free?

Yes. The inspection, measurements, and written quote are complimentary, and there’s no obligation to move forward.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Hollywood and work with homeowners across South Florida, from Palm Beach County down through Broward and Miami-Dade to Homestead.

How do I know if I need a new roof?

Age, leaks, missing or cracked shingles and tiles, and soft spots are common signs. The on-site inspection will tell you whether replacement makes sense.

Can a new roof lower my insurance?

It can. Florida insurers are required to offer discounts for qualifying wind-mitigation features, and several of them involve the roof. Savings vary by insurer and policy, so ask your agent about a wind-mitigation inspection after installation.

What do Miami-Dade and Broward require?

Both counties sit in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, which has strict rules for roofing products and installation. Your consultant will review the approvals for the materials you choose.
